Who is Maria Ivana?
I grew up in Venezuela, Florida, and a small village in Germany. I speak 4 languages: German, Spanish, English, and Italian. I’m definitely known to have an eccentric and dramatic personality but I believe it’s due to my background and upbringing and merging cultures such as German and Venezuelan. I am definitely very active in the following: arts, music, technology, dance, activist activities, and humanitarian and charity activities. And have an extensive background and passion for all of this.
The last thing is I think due to my abnormal upbringing I found my passion and purpose in life and that’s what brought me here today to my business journey and inventions.

I am the Founder of Creative Growth Services. We are a Tech, Media & Marketing Training Company.
I picked out specially passionate industry professionals to create the most streamlined systems and SaaS for Digital Marketing Project Management. I love my job and the people I work with.
What is the most difficult part of your job? But the most rewarding one?
The most difficult one is educating others on this industry, however, it’s absolutely essential at Creative Growth we have a very special mission to assure the flourishing of other small to large businesses.
Is there anything that you would change about your professional path?
Currently, I am extremely happy with my company due to this digital era and it is creative and systematic which I personally love doing both.
What’s your key strategy for the development of your company?
My key strategy is pure, raw, ethical professional services and keeping in internal integrity as a number one priority. This has truly assured that we keep growing and survive any challenges that the nature of the industry throws your way.
What do you think about the next period of time, keeping in mind the pandemic and the new business climate? How will your industry be affected?
Currently, the industry has become more efficient and effective. I think due to the nature of this industry it is easier for us to become more creative on how to continue to stay operational, however, unfortunately other industries aren’t as fortunate.
