Tell us more about your role in Limitless Minds

I work for TDD Development Inc, a Software As A Service company, where we focus on building software for the biggest names in logistics, mindset, and aerial space.

What is the most difficult part of your job? But the most rewarding one?

The most difficult part of my job has to be dealing with software architecture decisions that affect the lives of millions of people world wide.

The most rewarding part of my job is talking to day to day to my engineers and helping them grow in their careers. This part of my job brings me fulfillment.

Is there anything that you would change about your professional path?

I love where I am, so there’s nothing I would change.

What’s your key strategy for the development of your company?

My key strategy is LinkedIn.

I get about 70-100K organic views on my content a week which brings me passive leads.

This in turn gets me sales and helps me fund my business.

What do you think about the next period of time, keeping in mind the pandemic and the new business climate? How will your industry be affected?

I think given the business climate, technology as whole will be greatly affected. We’ve all seen the layoffs and the salary cuts, but in my opinion that’s just the start of how bad things are going to get.

I believe the tech industry as whole will be shaken and major companies will close their doors within the next 12-24 months.

The reason I believe this is because these major tech companies have over hired and over pay their technical talent.

Please name a few technologies which have the greatest impact on your business

Zoom, Github, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams

What books do you have on your nightstand?

The next 5 steps by Patrick Bet David, Living Untethered: Beyond the Human Predicament by Micheal A Singer, Be obsessed or be average by Grant Cardone, The 10X mentor by Grant Cardone, Can’t hurt me by David Goggins
